Drinks- I was once obsessed and drank Starbucks Chai Tea Lattes on a daily basis (as those of you who read my book Cactus Fruit already know); however, I’ve recently quit and now drink non-caffeinated herbal teas (mostly Lemon Ginger or Chamomile). Hobbies- as a teenager, I loved writing poems in my journal and drawing women’s fashion designs in my sketchbook. Also, starting as a child and well into adulthood, I developed a love for pool/billiards (and am pretty good at it lol). I’m a bit rusty now, and don’t play as much as I’d like, but I still get excited every time I see a pool table. I learned to play as a young girl in Fort Worth, TX when I attended the Boys and Girls Club. Travel- I’ve visited 25 countries and love traveling. Once our kids are a bit older, my husband and I plan on taking them to a new country every year (which we used to do together before we had kids).
